So I missed a little the joy and friendliness of the employees, as I work with the Portuguese and I see them being much happier serving, I saw that the Brazilians or Edtao are very poorly paid or the owner is extremely arrogant and doesn't treat his employees properly I even treat for good performance.
But this is my opinion and I would like to make Brazilians happy in a good restaurant.

This restaurant has been always offering a good quality service. Prices are reasonable and staff are kind and helpful.
There are some specific dishes which are really delicious, including prego and hamburgo. Also, some dishes such as francisinha indeed has room for more improvement.
In general, I recommend to enjoy what they offer. The final dish has good quantities of vegetable, meat and carb.
Parking: Arrabida shopping parking is available.

Kid-friendliness: There're chairs for the children.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's a mall and there're elevators to get to 3rd floor and then there's enough space for wheelchair to pass to any eating place and there's plenty of tables to sit.
