We arrived with our children for a drink. A lady arrives and we ask for the card, all in English because we don't speak Portuguese. This one complains a little and comes back with it. She tells us that only lunch on the slate is available and that nothing on the menu can be ordered. I ask for an ice cream and she tells me it’s not possible. We had some drinks and it all arrived quite quickly. However, the lady was far from pleasant and we had the impression of being a nuisance. The only time she cracked a smile was when our children said thank you in Portuguese.
That said, the establishment is very well located and the view of the site is breathtaking. Too bad the service isn’t there…

Terrible, if you come to miramare AVOID this "restaurant". Terrible service with very long wait; the really unpleasant waitress with zero desire to work who didn't even make an effort to speak a little in English or other languages, poor quality food (certainly frozen), hygiene which was VERY BAD.

I went with my family for breakfast on a Sunday morning, in addition to the delay in service, I brought drinks and said that everything we asked for to eat was not available, I only brought half a piece of toast, I then asked for another piece of toast as there wasn't what we had ordered, I said which wasn't possible because the toaster had broken down a few days ago, so how did you make that half toast?! He forgot several things about the order, then a man came to the table who I think is the boss to whom we politely complained about the service and he was still super arrogant and rude, the employees chatted at the counter instead of preparing the orders, service really Terrible, I also complained about the book online, as I found the gentleman's attitude to be extremely arrogant for someone who works with the public.

Despite the less than stellar reviews I thought I’d give this place a chance. Won’t be making that mistake again. Although it has a good terrace and view of the beach, the staff are incredibly rude. I asked a waitress, in Portuguese, if she spoke English and it was a flat out no, I then asked for a water and a beer in Portuguese and she rolled my eyes at me, and then when I asked to pay she ignored me until a Portuguese customer was nice enough to prompt her to give me service. I don’t know if it’s because they don’t like foreigners, or they don’t like anyone. There’s plenty of other local businesses I’d much rather give my money to.
Excellent location! It's a shame the service is poor and customers are not treated well...

The service is horrible! I went with my boyfriend, we sat on the terrace, to which the employee looked at us twice and didn't come to serve us, I waited 20 minutes in total to be served, I raised my hand a couple of times to come and serve us, she looked at me with a bad face and went inside, we got up and left. I think the managers of these establishments should be aware of the service they provide. In our case, we will never go there again for sure.

I wanted to eat ice cream. I went to the counter where two ladies were working. I spoke to one of them and asked if they had the ice cream I wanted, she gave me an annoyed face as if I was bothering her, she turned her back to me and told the other colleague to get me the ice cream, she replied “I can't now ¨ and ignored the colleague’s request. Nobody wanted to help me and sell the ice cream. There she realized that she had to leave the bar area to get me the ice cream, looking upset, when she reached the ice cream area, I said again what ice cream I wanted. When I realized that there was a family also waiting after me, I asked them what they wanted and served them first, when I already had the money in my hand and had asked first and had been waiting for a long time. Of course, I left, as they didn't want to help me and always looked annoyed and sick. This is the third time I've been to this cafe and I hate the service. People very unwilling to work. I'm never going back.
