Terrible service. Long waiting time even though we were the only customer. The employee was super rude, unfriendly and swearing loudly in the kitchen as if they were alone.

Service at the cashier and at the counter seems to be forced and without any desire. They didn't even say good afternoon and they even "threw" the receipt into their hand.
I ordered 2 tacos, one with cream and one without cream. Both came with cream so I went to complain. The attendants didn't even apologize. When I opened the complaint taco it was completely broken, how was I supposed to eat it? I went to the counter to complain once again and once again no one apologized. All I got was an eye roll!
Then the taco came on a tray and my order was as it should have been from the beginning.

The photos are misleading and they make the tacos fat with paws, I do not recommend it
A relatively new addition to fast food in Porto, and I hope it stays with us for many more years
It a taco bell, haven't gotten the "speedruns" yet, so I'm starting to think Americans just have weaker stomachs, OR Portugal just better base ingredients

Our only fast food weakness is Taco Bell. We think the Portuguese Taco Bells actually are better than the USA because of the fresh ingredients. We have the three crunchy tacos with meat filling with a salad and water. Always.
Sometimes we go to Taco Bell then a movie. Our big day out. Anyway, we are regulars about every other month.
