The food is great, and the best thing is the smile and enthusiasm of the service staff, which is contagious.

It's very good but I find that the bill is steep, especially on local dishes. The view of the Douro and Porto is very nice. The room with a big influence is extremely noisy.

The best place in Vila Nova de Gaia to enjoy two wonders.1. Beautiful views of the historic center of Porto (Oporto), from the other side of the Douro River (Duero in Spanish).2. Delight in the local dessert, Pastel de Nata. A marvel. Although there are varieties of flavors, I prefer the traditional one. Exquisite

45 min to order a beer..... The waitresses don't have any overview and don't see when new guests arrive.

Poor quality and bad service. They brought us different things than the ones we ordered.
Lots of music, that is to say that of the terrace of the tapas bar, but also that of different music from the terrace above and that of the promenade, and that of the different boats nearby.Food not as good as the other side or next door, it smells frozen, and the oil is not hot enough.Otherwise nothing to say about drinks, very friendly service but very slow...

Great location, very average food, probably the worst meal we had in Porto. Won’t be back

Coffee shop with traditional desserts. 2 floors, there are tables outside. The girl at the checkout didn't speak English. As a result, we had coffee with cream
On a busy Sunday we waited about 15 minutes for a table with no reservations for lunch for two. The place was crowded but we were seated in a location with a good view of the river. Service was very slow but as we were not in a hurry it wasn't a big issue. Food was good, not great but perhaps it was due to how busy it was. The mussels were outstanding and the best item we had, the croquettes were okay, and thought the pig cheeks should have been more tender since they are known to have more fat. That said the pricing was reasonable for the area.
Nice view, great view and staff is trying hard to speak English.
Overall a terrible experience. The fries are plain, the croissant is not puffed and the coke comes hot
Restaurant spectacular atmosphere, attentive and friendly staff, 5-star food, everything a person needs at the end of the day. However, I would like to point out the attitude that the photographer has towards clients, I don't know if perhaps he was tired from work or having a bad day, I say this after asking people if they wanted to take photos, several times he looked at me and my colleague and completely ignored him, I could even think that it would be my imagination if he hadn't gone several times to the tables next to me and asked if they wanted to take photos/if they wanted to buy them. I only ask because two guys having dinner don't they have the same rights as other people? Don't they pay the same? Or was it just because we were two boys? Ha and I recommend that the gentleman who receives the payments be more friendly and not have an air of “killer”
