The best place in Vila Nova de Gaia to enjoy two wonders.1. Beautiful views of the historic center of Porto (Oporto), from the other side of the Douro River (Duero in Spanish).2. On a busy Sunday we waited about 15 minutes for a table with no reservations for lunch for two. The place was crowded but we were seated in a location with a good view of the river. Service was very slow but as we were not in a hurry it wasn't a big issue. Food was good, not great but perhaps it was due to how busy it was.
