31/7/24-Poor politeness of the employee: at the next table was a group of 4 very polite young people (excessive for these days) asking for francesinhas WITHOUT EGG, I realized they were counting the euros!!! .. the employee presents Francesinha WITH EGG... the young people complained very politely!!! .. the rude employee responds: ... IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, GET IT AWAY!!!! . I didn't interview, because my wife calmed me down (I still regret it). . This type of employee will be kind to unfriendly people, and rude to polite people.. so don't complain if everything is rough!!!

Terrible! The food took a while to arrive, they continue to try to apply the "starter scam", completely dry francesinha, charging €2.5 for extra sauce is just ridiculous and abusive and now you could go to Makro, buy salt and put a little salt on the potatoes . Oops, it's just a suggestion from those who still have 1% faith in you!!!

It is with some regret that I leave this review, but this visit was a disappointment. Francesinhas that take 50 minutes to arrive at the table, that even other customers who arrived later were served first... A francesinha without egg was ordered and it came with egg, it was charged as having been ordered as a francesinha with egg despite the incompetence being on the part of the house... When the situation was raised with the pink-haired employee, she reacted extremely rudely, ruining a joyful evening.

Horrible experience never to be repeated, Francesinha Seca without sauce I've never seen in a restaurant paying €2.50 for sauce separately, simply ridiculous. A dose of potato to be divided between three people without change, a cross in full.

We ordered 1Liter of sangria and it came with 1Liter of ice and sangria without even seeing it, employees always arguing with each other, completely frowning, and the funniest thing is that the boss doesn't even remember being different and wanting to set an example. If today is the day that still fills the space, it is due to the reputation they had for many years, because quite honestly at this moment it was the worst restaurant I have ever been to. I don't recommend it at all!!

No, we can't recommend it, we can't say anything about the food since we left the restaurant. Not a good evening at the reception and the greeting is: cash payment only. We were there at 8:00 p.m. and wanted to order dessert, café and liqueur, it wasn't possible, so we went to the neighbor's house.
