There is really only 1 vegan option, Vegetable soup with the linguine veggies but both are really good.
The soup is a "creamy" potato, and while the linguini is basic the veggies in it are really well cooked and seasoned. Both are a hearty serving

One of my favourite dinners we had in Portugal! Would recommend the steak with Port wine sauce, Francesina, and tropical/passion fruit sangria. We went around 6:30pm and did not need to wait, though those who did need to wait were offered chairs outside the restaurant.
