Very pleasant service, delicious food. The prices, of course, are quite high, restaurant prices, as I understand it, for the opportunity to admire the beautiful view of Porto. But it just didn’t work out with the last one - the restaurant has large panoramic windows, but they were so dirty that it was not easy to see the view. I had to enjoy the view only after visiting a restaurant in a nearby park, in the fresh air.

Tuna is recommended, but lamb is not recommended. The grated carrot sauce throws away my taste buds.

The food was perfection! The Fish Soup wasnout of this world. Grilled SeaBass as an entree was delicious and the dessert Mango Mousse… unbeliveable! Mario took care of our order and it was 10 out of 5! We saw him the next morning on the street, remembered us and said hello!! Mario… Muito obrigados!!! Fernando and Maru from Miami, FL! We will come back!!!

Restaurant somewhat away from the most touristy area and with very good views. We went with three dogs and we were able to eat on the terrace, where we were alone and very comfortable. The waiters were very friendly and so was the cook. All the food was very good, especially the desserts. Excellent quality-price. I would return without a doubt.

Very bad. 14 cold francesinhas were served. Bacalhau à Brás that only had onion and egg. Super rubbery meat. Cod with bones. Menu already defined in advance and they still couldn't live up to it. Francesinha sauce was just ketchup and sweet! Reheated potatoes dripping with oil. The service couldn't be better when there are only 2 people working, it's not the employees' fault! Everything bad from start to finish.

We were a group of 20 or so. Almost all of us left food on our plates (mainly francesinha and cod à Brás). Francesinha and cold potatoes (we had to ask for them to be heated), super sweet sauce (we had to ask for salt and pepper). Bacalhau à Brás? No, onion à Brás, the people who ordered this dish didn't eat anything.Very slow service, when I started eating francesinha after 40 minutes they started serving cod.I don't recommend it, there is a lot to improve both the service and the food. The manager wasn't there. At least he returned the food. We will not be returning. Finally, there's no point in the manager responding that it's not true, because I have more photographs and proof that a discount of almost €200 was made.

You couldn't ask for a more romantic place to take your love. The view over the Douro river and the Louis I bridge is awesome. But the staff and the food are... average to say the least. We had booked a table at 8 pm. and were immediately seated. But it wasn't until 40 minutes later that we were offered something to drink. 2 waiters had to serve 6 tables. So I just don't have any reasonable explanation for the slow service, other than an unprofessional approach to the guests. We were served oysters and francissina. Both dishes and wine at extremely reasonable prices - so therefore an average experience overall.

The dessert (fruit + ice cream) arrived incomplete (without the ice cream), we spoke to the employee who couldn't find a solution to the problem, turning his back.
During dinner we ordered 2 sangrias, when the bill was presented to us they mentioned 3. We asked for rectification and the employee laughed, with an ironic air, while repeating “there were 3”, we insisted again that there had been two and the attitude remained- if.
We insisted, he apologized and corrected it.
After a few minutes, he returned to our table again saying that we had ordered 3 sangrias and that he would have to justify it to the chef. It was sad. A deplorable attitude that was made worse by laughter as we were confronted. The reality is that the food arrives incomplete, they don't pay attention to customers, much less care about keeping track of what comes to the tables.
I don't recommend

Since I can't respond to the reply; I would like to thank you for correcting your surveillance cameras because the employee, after apologizing, returned to our table to say that there had been three bloodlettings with the same ironic laughs.
If you don't know what's going on inside your establishment, I'm truly sorry. But making people think that the derogatory reviews on this platform are lies is even sadder.
Good luck ?

Our second visit to this restaurant, a Michelin star quality meal paired with excellent wine. Our server Mario was attentive and helpful in our wine selection.

My colleague made a reservation for a company dinner with very important guests that we had, 34 pax in total. One of the conditions was to get accomodated all together at 1 table. When we arrived, surprise: there were 4 seperate tables for us, and the waitress just said " oh well we couldnt arrange one table". Apparently you didnt know that while we resererving ha? As the group was big, we had a pre defined menu from which each participant chose his option for a starter, main dish and dessert a week ago. We came, nothing was on the table. We waited 40 min (sic!) for the couvert. When it arrived, for our table of 8, they brought only 7 pieces of bread...I have no words to comment this incompetency! The menu they sent us to choose (both in Portuguese and English) was full, but I mean full of language mistakes. Google translate would do it better. Food very mediocre, in the blini you did not have sour cream, you actually put normal sweet cream, which was awful together with tuna tataki. And what was supposed to be salmon caviar, was yellowtail caviar... Ah and the beer! My colleagues were still thirsty after a round of fino, and wanted a bigger bear. Ordering a principe turned out to be impossible as apparenty "so temos os copos para o fino"... Didnt you mention in one of the comments that you were applying to be included in the Michelin guide? Oh boy, that is laughable, as Michelin guide is another universe to what this place represents. You dont even have AC there, and on an evening not so hot, we were still boiling. To sum up, me and other managers from the Porto office we were embarassed THE WHOLE EVENING for the huge misunderstanding that this dinner was. The VP of the company that was sitting at my table, didnt eat even a half neither of the starter, nor of the main dish, which says it all how much he liked it. Totally descourage to visit, especially if it is an important event, all you get to swallow is a huge embarassement
