The food is incredibly good, presentable and fresh, the view from the restaurant is pretty good, with the Douro river. I did my wedding lunch here and I don't have anything to complain about, the owner was so kind and the prices are quite good for all the amazing food we had. Thank you so much for having us!

This was a terrible experience the soup was old the veggies were old the octopus was 100% old the sauce was salty potatoes done wrong and tasteless the meat was 90% fat forgot about my coffee and got ice cream flavours wrong. We talked to the chef and started to protect his own image and said that he was tired and that he has to save his energy for when it’s busy (it was empty). Would not wish this food on my biggest enemy please don’t come here.

As a vegetarian I am not a frequent client except for the desserts. So many fantastic desserts.Still the offer for no vegetarians and service matches my requirements for group meals and is a spot I like to share with friends outside Porto/Gaia and Portugal. Most dishes portions are acceptable.Sangrias very weak, mostly juice so should be cheaper.
Vegetarian options: Usually provide vegetable omelet. Not great but service team and chef always try to be very nice about it. Understandable.

Good local restaurant!?
This is an excellent restaurant at Porto. The place is fancy, but the price is really good. We had the Bacalhau À Margem. It was simply incredible. Very well prepared and well served. All the staff was really helpful and polite. For dessert we had the Bolo de Laranja, it was ok, but not in the same level as the Bacalhau. They have a nice variety of wines as well.

Went with colleges for the Christmas dinner, but I didn’t eat. There was an issue this day, apparently the main chef quit that day ????????♀️The dinner started at 20:00 but the food only arrived at 22:30, apparently due to the chef. Not one single person said the food was great, some complained a bit, like being cold. For sure it was not much food. The desserts were big, but again no great compliments. The staff was very friendly. And the drinks kept on coming. The menu was expensive 28€ but had sommersby included, which is not a common thing. The place as a nice view The French fries looked delicious, but the feedback that I got was they really weren’t good ????It probably was just a very bad day ????
Exclusive place and beautiful scenery on the boardwalk along Duoro river, Porto. We took snack and drink to enjoy the vibe. Love it so much
Would definitely recommend, everything was in order for it to be a great night. Super food, nice view, friendly and skilled service.

The plate of the day was amazing. We also got the Bacalhao a Margen and it was delicious ?. The service also great, we arrived almost at the closing time but the waiter treat us with a smile and very efficiently. Highly recommended if you want to try local good food at good price.
Nice view, nice service and nice seafood.Even it was nice to walk to the restaurant with sunset.
Traditional Portuguese restaurant but a touch more upmarket, overlooking the Marina.Waiters were very friendly and helpful.Baby friendly with a clean and well maintained baby changing stand in the Ladies Bathroom. And a kids menu available which was well priced and sized. There was a mixture of clientèle with groups, families and couples dining.I shared the monkfish and prawn 2 person platter which was served with a multitude of vegetables and rice. The portion was very generous. But pescatarians beware. What was not mentioned on the menu was the Portuguese traditional sausage that was served on the platter also. I don't eat meat but I was happy to eat the fish and veg that the meat had not touched. For dessert I had the passion fruit cheesecake which was slightly dry in consistency and I wouldn't order it again.
We tried paella and it was delicious.
They’ll charge you €3.60 for the individual butter package that are pre-served. Never seen that before. Tourist oriented, judging by their special menu in English-German. Overall, not a bad place and service, but definitely overpriced for the area and can’t compete with small local restaurants, which are unfortunately closed on Mondays-Tuesdays.
