A surprise in the princess village of Alentejo. In the middle of Vila Nova de Milfontes we found a discreet but interesting Japanese man. Very good quality sushi, with interesting flavors and very good quality. Yes, very good proportions in the rolls in which the fish is not diluted with exaggerated amounts of rice. I recommend it for lovers of good fish and good sushi. The chicken yakisoba is also interesting.
We were full of anticipation because of the good reviews and because we had been craving sushi for days. Overall, however, rather disappointing. The map is very monotonous and not very creative. Salmon predominates (raw/flambéed/fried depending on the type of sushi), a little bit of shrimp and very little tuna and avocado, and nothing else. Drink selection also very limited. By no means comparable in selection and taste to the shops we know outside of Portugal. Wouldn't recommend it. Unless someone likes those all you can eat Chinese buffets in Germany and likes the sushi there.

The good thing is that the food was fresh, it's good, but nothing out of the ordinary, we read that it was something extraordinary and no, it's not bad! but they will eat very normal sushi. It's a matter of expectations and we had high expectations...
Also, we ate alone on a Friday afternoon.
