Restaurant at Hotel HS Milfontes that only has a buffet option. It has a wide variety of cuisines and options (salads, snacks, personalized pizzas, sushi, grilled meats, fish, stoned meat). It has a great view and the food was all good.

The steak shouldn't come already on the stone, as it isn't a piece of meat, it gets dry quickly. I may have been unlucky with the height, but there were 2 groups that made so much noise that it seemed like they were in a tavern. I ate it in an instant to cum as quickly as possible. It should be noted that I liked the appearance of other customers' food (from the buffet) and the dessert was also very good.

Unfortunately I had to change my score, when we met the restaurant it was excellent, now since they changed the management it is far from what I expected. The last few times we had noticed a drop in the variety and quality of the food, and today it was disappointing again, the fish was not fresh, some of the cheese was sour, one of the sauces for the steak on the stone was spoiled. Anyway, I stop recommending it and now I stop frequenting it.

My wife and I went to lunch for the first time at HS and we live in Milfontes. It was already 3pm to 3pm and even close to closing time, we were very well received and had several food options, the buffet price is 16.50 with everything included, buffet, pizza, Japanese, stone-cut meats, dessert and drink included juices and soft drinks. I couldn't eat everything because there were so many food options. I loved everything, everything was very delicious and even more so with a wonderful view of the beach. I've seen some negative reviews, but I can say without a doubt that it's the best restaurant for lunch or dinner in Vila Nova de Milfontes. Congratulations ?

We have already been to the place with prices of €16/person, €18, €20 and today we went again where the price was €18.50/person, many of the starters and dishes were removed from the menu and from the room where there used to be a wide choice of starters and dishes, there are currently more tables and chairs, the choice has been significantly reduced/removed, for example the pancake and espresso machine that was in the hallway and is currently no longer available on site. There were also bottles of white and red wine next to the pancake machine and we could serve the glasses in serf service and they were also removed. The glasses that are on the tables, before we had to ask for them to be brought, are now on the table from the beginning, because with the glasses you can go to the toilets (??) and sometimes fill the glasses infinitely with coca cola, fanta, icetea, natural juices and waters, this is already included in the menu, any canned juice or alcoholic drink will be charged extra.Each person also has the right to order a stone-grilled steak which is served directly at the table. You can order more grilled meats directly from the kitchen, but the stone-grilled veal steak will only be 1 per person and you must order directly from the waiters.Another negative point are precisely the waiters who, although friendly, have the terrible task of standing still and looking at you from literally 1.50m away, please, managers, change this policy.If the buffet cost €16 it would be worth it, in this case at €18 or even €20 it's better to think before you go, it's practical because you can try everything from sushi to grilled meat or fish to Bolognese pasta, soups and pizzas, but everything is of relative average quality, especially the slices of pizza available in self-service, which are excellent and made in house and you can also order from the pizzeria inside to make pizza to your liking.I advise you to reserve a table in advance and ask for it next to the window, otherwise you will arrive at the place and be seated at tables in the middle of the room and/or very poorly positioned.Special attention should be paid to the tandoori chicken kebabs which are extremely good but spicy!
