This was a surprise find. Very good value for money, very nice service, even if no English spoken. With the help of online translation, we had a very nice dinner. Local bubbly for 10.50 Euro was fine, Reserva red wine for 14 euro was excellent, possibly the best we had in Portugal. Almond cake for dessert was very large and very fresh. Fantastic value for money.

We were a group of no less than 14 people, not easy to attend to, and despite this, the excellent disposition of the two waiters ensured a magnificent dinner, and at a totally affordable price for the high quality of the cuisine. I was passing through Vila Praia de Ancora and I didn't know anything about this area, I stopped the car just to buy a bottle of water for my children and drink a coffee and I was denied entry, yes denied by a collaborator who informed me " this is a restaurant just for lunch we don't sell water and coffee " it's very impolite because no one is denied water even more so you pay, and being supplied with bottled water, I'm sure that this person or establishment is geographically poorly located because I am also sure that in all of the north of Portugal knowing how to receive is part and parcel of a visit card, so don't try to enter without having lunch, you could have gone further, calling authorities but on vacation what do you do with this Guys, it's forgetting but not failing to warn everyone else, in a way of free I wanted to see if he didn't sell a WATER to CR7 ?
