We scheduled dinner for 8pm on “The Fork” app. , we called to say we were running late and they told us they don't use The Fork app during the service. They told us to return at 9pm or a little earlier, because there should be a table available. Note that, when we got there, at 8:15 pm, there was an empty table with a “Reserved” sign. We returned at 9pm and the sign was still there and the table uninhabited. We asked and they informed us that they still didn't have a seat for us and that table was for some customers who had booked over the phone and were 45 minutes late. Anyway… 9:45 pm they call to say that they already had a table available. By that time we were already having dinner at another restaurant that welcomed us with open arms. The management of this establishment leaves a lot to be desired.

We were regular customers at this place for several years, this year the management changed and the quality is appalling. Bad service, 30 minutes of waiting to be served, another 1h30 to be served. Very poorly managed space, I don't intend to return.

A great experience! We started with sobre breaded octopus fritters, and they were delicious. Then we ordered razor clam rice and codfish soup, and they were fantastic, especially the razor clams. We ended with sobre typical desserts from Algarve: carob and orange tart and almond pudding. The service was great, staff were friendly and nice.
