This is the 3rd time I've lost points on the application due to employee mistakes, and then they say there's nothing that can be done! Many times the fries don't even arrive halfway through the package! High prices and low quality service, not to mention the employees!! SHAME
Food in line with normal McDonald's standards but that's the only positive thing.The staff lacks any enthusiasm. In addition to not speaking a single word of English, they don't help you if you're in difficulty. Today, freezing temperatures, two elderly ladies waited in front of the TOTEM for their orders for at least a quarter of an hour without anyone coming to their aid and yet the place was semi-empty.

I'm not talking about all of them, but I've been to at least 80% of McDonald's.from Portugal and without a doubt this MC Donalds was the worst I've ever been to! Unusual waiting time to the point where I didn't leave because I had already paid for the menu, a cold burger that was completely messed up and that a 2 year old could make better. Not to be repeated EVER!
