We've been there 4 times and we really enjoyed it. For me, I discovered the best ice cream EVER (BANOFFE) here. You can't always find the same ice cream 2 days in a row (some specific flavors) because as they have a LOT of different flavors it's difficult as they obviously have to vary, but I really miss Banoffe ice cream as I've never seen or tried a dessert flavor in ANY ice cream shop. SO IDENTICAL reflected in the ice cream.. I loved it, I loved it, I loved it..

I gave one star because I don't know how I can give less, the saleswoman at this particular place is a lady with fairly short black hair and with rimmed glasses, SHAMELESS!!! INCREDIBLY UNPLEASANT her attention and her way of treating clients, in my case she disrespected me like 3 times in less than 10 minutes, I had never received such terrible attention from this poorly educated lady. I certainly won't go again, much less recommend it, we left without taking anything in the end due to the poor treatment we received. This lady lacks a little more education and humility than for her age AND THE WORK AS IT IS, she should set more example, lack of attitude and 100% respect.

For my first time in Vila Real de Santo António, I have to say that I loved the establishment, I loved the very tasty crepes, the ice creams are truly a delight, very good indeed, all the staff were very friendly and attentive to the customer, Extremely clean bathroom, while I was enjoying the ice cream I couldn't help but notice the concern with keeping the place clean. Congratulations to the management for the space, the friendly employees and the items for sale. Until next time.

Tasteless and raw dough. We paid a lot for a small waffle (compared to competing establishments) and crepes with residual toppings... for example, the crepes came with a drizzle of Nutella and raw dough, without filling for a price that is not worth it. My eldest daughter asked for a sock of milk that tasted like "sewage water". My youngest daughter ordered a crepe with ice cream and says that the ball came inside the crepe and that it was like "ice cream soup with little pieces of crepe", which doesn't make sense because they put strands of Nutella on a crepe without filling and then put it a ball inside the crepe. However, the service was impeccable, very friendly ladies.

My go to location to people watch.You can sit with a coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy the breeze and the people.I don't really eat sweets, but their coffee and their house wineare both good.For sweets, my son loves their Nutella Crepes. My granddaughter loves their Gelato.
Kid-friendliness: It's on a pedestrian only street corner, so lots of room to let kids run.... plus, I never met a kid that didn't like Gelato
