I studied at UTAD for 5 years and every place demanded that I try the meat from Adega Senhor Vinho. I finally tried it and, I must say, it met all my expectations!The meat is indeed of surreal quality and, despite not liking the rosemary-scented wine sauce, I confess that I was enchanted by its tender and juicy texture.The dish I ordered for myself, however, was cod that came with sliced potatoes and onion and pepper.It was absolutely delicious and in more than adequate...
