On the night of August 7th, some friends and I decided to eat at Burger King in our shopping mall in Vila Real. The order was placed at 9:16 pm, 4 menus, we were only served at 10:20 pm. More than an hour of waiting. That wasn't the biggest problem. The maid Madalena was as unpleasant as possible, not a good morning, sorry for being late, nothing. A slowness I've never seen before. I'm not even going to talk about the person in charge who we asked to speak to and disappeared into the kitchen so as not to face the situation. Apart from the long wait and the unpleasant employees, namely Madalena, we ordered a vegetarian burger with bacon in it. This is INADMISSIBLE. The person who ordered this burger had an allergic reaction due to this bacon. We didn't even have an apology, nothing. I am shocked by this behavior, and the deplorable service. I hope that measures will be taken urgently.
