La Forneria offers tons a lot of vegan options - by far the most out of any restaurant in Vila Real. Besides that, they also have typical Portuguese dishes (vegan version), like the francesinha.
A good culinary experience. The chef's francesinha (piquante) was really delicious!
At the entrance I ordered a Bruschetta pistacchio pesto. It was good but…. It wasn't a bruschetta. Sorry, but stuffed pizza dough is called a calzone. I tried to explain but they didn't want to listen to me. It's a shame because real bruschetta would take away from the homemade bread and olive oil.
Even so, I recommend a good Trás-os-Montes restaurant so...

Very nice space, very well decorated and with very tasty food! The prices are a little high, but it's worth going there! It's a good idea to make a reservation or show up a little before lunch/dinner Dora.
