It is a suitable cafe for students to be comfortable with their computers or study in a group. The only drawback is the amount of tobacco smoke inside, sometimes it becomes difficult to breathe. Apart from that, the service is acceptable, the staff are friendly and approachable. In addition, in the cafe they help a lot with the bus pass situation, making themselves available to deal with any matter they can and are understandable in other situations.
Sometimes people visiting the space can create some discomfort, although the space projects an image of a cyber-café, the proximity to one of the largest social neighborhoods in Vila Real, can attract another public.
