Today was the first time that I consumed the Burger King service in Vila Verde, having already consumed another service associated with Burger King, all I have to say is that the Burger King service in Vila Verde is deplorable, I ordered two hamburgers to take home and I did the order the way you wanted, what happens is that one of the Burgers was not what was mentioned in the order, it was simply three pieces of bread very poorly presented and two mini Burgers that didn't even properly occupy the bread and contained another miserable slice from ham to lettuce and onion that were associated with the order, we didn't even see them, the second Burger had everything mentioned in the order and I only regretted its presentation.It is important to highlight that in my opinion, the Burger King team in Vila Verde appears to be poorly managed and poorly coordinated in its tasks, the space itself leaves something to be desired.I do not recommend the service, nor do I intend to use the service.

There was no water, the tables were dirty while there was an employee clearly doing nothing as he was on his cell phone and it took almost 5 minutes to deliver me a simple burger that had been made in less than 1 minute and no one volunteered to deliver it. Inadmissible.
Very cold. It was a pleasant night and a harsh winter inside the restaurant, much colder. Everyone in coats and hoods, complaining about the cold.Whoever answered was not at all helpful. I ordered from the machines and just asked the employee one question, who simply looked at me and said nothing. Did the same or spoke incorrectly to other customers. I didn't like the attitude.

I was running late and my kids were starving, so I decided to hit the drive-thru hoping for quick service. However, this decision proved to be expensive, as I ended up waiting 45 minutes in line! It was impossible to exit the drive-thru with cars behind and in front of me. Unfortunately, at no point did anyone come to explain the delay or offer any sort of apology while we waited. Finally, when I got to the window to order, I asked about the delay, only to be told there weren't enough staff. His employee even suggested I go to McDonalds, citing the best staff. I will take their advice and opt for better service across the road in the future as this experience had a serious negative impact on my day. Thanks for the recommendation!
