We chose Hell's to celebrate a special date and we couldn't have been more pleased! From the atmosphere to the service, everything was very good. The friendliness of the girl who served us, the suggestions and explanations of the chosen dishes, top! We were surprised by the quality/price ratio, more than fair! I recommend it without a doubt.

Only available with reservation!
I should mention this here too!
When I entered the restaurant, no one was there to help!
I sat at the table but was approached with
“You arrived and were seated, you don’t even know if the table has a reservation,….”
I apologized and left
Disgraceful service to say the least

Surreal, each bite is an explosion of flavors, the risotto, the wagyu chunk, the cover is simple but delicious, the house-made focaccia is divine, honestly one of the best I've ever been to, probably the best! Oh, of course, the cheesecake… fabulous!

An incredible gastronomic experience, from starter to dessert, nothing to point out,
The dishes were incredibly well prepared and very tasty... I simply loved it.
I recommend I recommend I recommend!!!
Sympathy is the only thing that I don't see much, it must be characteristic, but I don't see it as a defect, on the contrary!

We were a group of 3 people on a weekend day. We booked through Thefork.
The service was quick and efficient, although not particularly friendly, the truth is the suggestions that were made were on point.
As a starter we ate wagyo tartare with four-seed bread and foccacia, which certainly exceeded our expectations.
For the main course for 3 people, there were Wagyo Naco with Chimichurri and Chop and to accompany two doses of fries a dose of Champagne Risotto with chives.
The quality of the Wagyo Naco was incredibly juicy with a true melt-in-your-mouth experience. In terms of the Costeletão, I personally do not recommend it, I think the quality of the meat is inferior and much less juicy, however the size is also much superior.
It was a pleasant experience and one to recommend.
We didn't eat dessert as we were too full.
The location is not particularly my preference and we went to the place with the sole reason to go to the restaurant.
The toilet in the ladies' bathroom was damaged, I tried to open the lid to flush it.

Good quality food with nothing to write home about and that I recommend, although the prices are a little high for the portion presented.
It is worth highlighting the poor service from the room manager, a welcome that is required for a restaurant with that market positioning, little friendliness and attention to the customer.
I think that for a restaurant of this type, presentation of the dishes and friendliness of another level were required!

Very positive experience. I tried the new menu and loved it. The friendliness of those who serve the tables is unusual, light and pleasant. The dishes were excellent, starters, mains and desserts. Congratulations!

We were 2 people and took a 1 hour trip and it was worth every km! From the starters to the dishes. We tried the wagyu chunk with chimichurri and it was just perfect. Price/quantity/quality I thought was more than fair, we paid around €90 for both and I genuinely think it's quite fair for the quality of the restaurant. Not to mention that the concept of customers being able to see the kitchen preparing their own dishes is great, a gastronomic experience that is definitely worth it.

Spectacular food and super friendly no-nonsense service. The Sangria is amazing but the star here is clearly the expertly cooked meat. Deserts were also a treat. Absolutely delighted and can’t wait for our next visit.

I booked a table on Valentine's Day through The Fork and was surprised when I received a message from the restaurant stating that a deposit of €70 was needed to actually have a reservation for that day. When the reservation is supposedly guaranteed by The Fork without any deposit. It was a restaurant that we really wanted to try, so I paid the deposit of €70 per mbway for the restaurant. When we arrived they greeted us at the door and we were guided to our table. It was time to bring out the menu and they mentioned that they didn't have 3 of the 4 dishes on the menu, they didn't have Vinho Verde or cocktails. Going on to explain, the only dish on the menu available was €150/kg but that day it was €100/kg... When we confronted explaining that on the day it was, the restaurant it was, there was only ONE dish on the menu without any prior notice, an explanation was given that there was a choice of 3 elements of the menu, that the menu had changed and the new menus had not yet been printed. When it wasn't 3 dishes, but rather 3 types of meat cuts from the only dish they offered that day at €100/kg instead of €150/kg.Nothing to say about the quality of the meat of the matured beef tartare or the meat priced at €100/kg, wagyu.Another setback when it came to payment, we asked for the entire meal to be charged to the ATM card and for the deposit to be returned, this was also not possible because the deposit could not be returned. In short, a restaurant with excellent quality meat, but the fact that they forced/enforced the most expensive main dish, more expensive wines, payment of a deposit, is extremely arrogant. If they needed to invoice a certain amount on Valentine's Day they should have created a fixed menu for that day, notified them and charged the amount they needed.
