We were served by two boys and a girl. The girl had to constantly remind them they were working. It took us 20 minutes to get noticed, and 45 extra to get served. The girl was running around to get the service done, and the tables clean and in order; the boys were slow, not polite, not enthusiastic. For this alone, the experience is less than good. This is coupled with somewhat high prices (30 EUR for two burgers and 2 beers). Management: it doesn't take much to educate people in the "art" of good service.
Vegetarian options: Had a vegetarian salad (they removed honey at out request) and a vegan burger. There's a couple of other veg options...

Excellent surprise right in the center of Vima Viçosa. The outdoor and indoor space of this restaurant is super beautiful and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and work very well. But the biggest surprise of all was the food.. we went to this restaurant for dinner and lunch and we were always well attended to The beers are great, as is the Gin, and the burgers are delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant for the quality of the food and the reasonable price.

Everything was excellent, the location, the relaxed atmosphere, the cleanliness, especially the bathroom, and attention to the needs of those who have a child with peculiar tastes in food. I highly recommend it. Excellent flavor of both the drink and the food.
Dietary restrictions: Just tell them what we don't want/can eat and they adapt.
Parking: Parking is easily found nearby.
Kid-friendliness: Adapted dishes and super understanding staff.

We went to Vila Viçosa on purpose, to eat some hamburgers, I had been there a few years ago and I liked it, but today we saw again that the food at Craft is excellent, the care with which they prepare the meat, combined with the other ingredients is excellent, a detail Importantly, it was the bread, hot and crispy, that made the difference. One of the owners/partners helped us Normally it is said that the employees make the house, but I can say that the owner does much more in this house (Craft), thank you for the experience, and many congratulations on the concept, we recommend it! Oh and the prices are half what you pay in Badajóz at a burger restaurant like that, and much worse!
