- garlic bread, pizza, hamburger and francesinha sauce were all frozen
- service was subpar with no sympathy
- ambient music was way too loud
- did not bother to ask us how our food was
- the meat was not bad

Food straight from supermarket freezer. Staff too, it seems. Worst pizzas ever ‘eaten’ - or rather, left on plate. Don’t recommend.

Quite good francesinha, totally worth it, with a good sauce. Very decent pizzas, locally made. Do go for the white sangria - full of fruit, including passion fruit - delicious stuff! Good prices. If you are really hungry you will need to ask for pizza for 2. The french fries that came with the francesinha were well done. It’s not a gourmet place - it is a fast food place, and quite a good one.

The food wasn't bad at all; I can't say I ate the best francesinha of my life, but it was acceptable. The environment could be better; the waitresses looked like dizzy cockroaches and, of the three times I had dinner at the restaurant, they forgot something I ordered each time. Furthermore, they demonstrated little knowledge about the dishes and drinks available.

Very bad food. We ordered a vai vai burger, the sauce that was supposed to be francesinha was tomato and cream, the burger bun only got away thanks to the tomato sauce, as it was very dry and the filling was very weak. Sparkling wine sangria only tastes of blackcurrant, which makes it cloying and unpleasant.

There is no need to increase the listed prices... for example for ice cream... these are unnecessary and unpleasant situations!

We always search for restaurants on Google maps by reading reviews. This one had a lots of them and lots of good ones. We had salad and francesinha that were okay, but the fries we got were probably the worst we ever tried. They looked like they were re-fried from another day and they didn’t taste any better. First we were not happy about that but at the end we could at least laugh about this situation and agreed that someone should call the Fries Police on them.

Its under staffed and the staff that is there is undertrained, their were very nice people but still undertrained, we ate garlic bread with mozzarella which for the garlic bread is store bought like a big baguette and they probably just add mozzarella on top, the burgers that we ordered we ok but for the angus burguer it was very greasy I also asked to not include lettuce and tomato and still came with those so here i dont know if it is the kitchen fault or front staff fault overall not great but it served the purpose of a bite, and I would not say quick because it wasnt

I arrived at the cafe at 11:29 pm and all the staff were at the door and they looked at me with the expression that they no longer felt like answering. I sat down, confirmed the time and yes it was 11:29 pm. I asked if they still served crepes with scoops of ice cream and the girl went to the kitchen to confirm. Whoever was there responded loudly and clearly that they weren't going to serve anything and the kitchen closed, so much so that her colleague told her to shut up so the customers wouldn't hear...but of course everyone there heard! As soon as the girl arrived I said I had heard. And she said that they could still make a crepe with fruit but that ice cream was no longer available. -_- in the middle of July, closing at midnight and an ice cream shop with no ice cream scoops?! Besides that attitude? Where is your commercial attitude, people? Never a tourism area and without a manager to control this? Well it was the first and last time I tried to go there. Tomorrow I will definitely go to Gelataria do Gerês.
