I went with a group of people and I confess that I was a little skeptical about the place, based on what I had heard and especially the prices charged. However, fortunately it was a good surprise. The service is discreet and efficient without much conversation, but everything arrives at the table at a good pace. Dinner was long and everything I tried was of excellent quality and with great care in presentation. Above all, the mixed meats were surprising due to their quality, as were the desserts. I liked the room, the environment is more complicated because there are several tables and groups in this case, it makes the environment more stuffy and noisy but that doesn't help, but without disturbing. In short, it won't be a place you can go "always" but it's an excellent option in this city for those looking to eat quality meat and beyond. I didn't have the opportunity to see the wine list because it was already chosen and I can't comment, it will be for analysis on a next visit.
