Bad experience. We arrived at the restaurant at 7:45 pm on a Sunday night. An hour later we had only been served the starters. When we called the employee to find out the status of the order, there was no concrete information and the employees started to avoid contact with us from that moment on. At around 9:45 pm we left the restaurant without having eaten dinner as after more than two hours the dishes had still not been served. The manager didn't even have the decency to speak to us to at least apologize for this regrettable situation where after two hours we were leaving without eating. Instead, the manager started throwing some "mouths" into the air, such as "I should never have accepted this table". We asked for the complaints book to express our dissatisfaction with the shameful service and there was no reaction from the staff, who continued to completely ignore us. The place is noisy, the service is very unprofessional and disorganized, and the prices are very high considering what you eat. The manager is drunk as he spent the entire time we were in the establishment consuming alcoholic drinks behind the counter. Shameful. We will ensure that our complaint is handed over to the Food and Economic Security Authority.
