I took the opportunity to try it after many recommendations, and was immediately told that it was better to reserve a table!!
In terms of food, everything was correct, just as we ordered, especially the meat was well done.
The atmosphere itself is not the most pleasant, the music is a little loud and the table we were at was right next to the counter, which prevents normal conversation during the meal.
The establishment does not have an ATM, although Google says they accept card payments.

Unfortunately, it is with great disappointment for us, as we had already visited a restaurant 3 times ago, but in Portimao, the experience was very unpleasant.
It all started when we were served a "Lemonade" which they call caipirinha sangria (18€ for 1 L!!!), I'll explain, this sangria had little or no taste of alcohol, there was no ice, there was basically no nothing that looked like a sangria much less a caipirinha, it only had 3 or 4 slices of LEMON, yes yellow lime, instead of lime (green lime) I just mention the colors so there is no doubt due to the language barrier.
After that dubious presentation, we still wanted to give the "sangria" a chance, tasting enough to see that it was as bad as the presentation, as I wasn't going to pay €18 for 1 liter of lemonade, I decided to "complain" and ask for the sangria to be replaced with another drink. At that point was when the disappointment and frustration began. What was our surprise when, apparently, according to the employees who served us, everything was fine, everything was correct, the sangria was served like this and, therefore, almost as if saying that the problem was with the customer and not with the establishment.
They replaced the sangria with great effort, however, the rest of the meal was spent listening to the comments coming from the kitchen and the other employees inside the counter, tasting the sangria that had been ours and disapproving our dissatisfaction/complaints with comments like "Ah, it's good for me" or "Ah, it's strong for me." Are you wondering how you could hear it? Well, the restaurant was empty when the "neighboring restaurants" had full terraces. Perhaps they should rethink the service and prices, as clearly an empty restaurant is quite explanatory of the direction it is taking. Speaking of prices... they are exorbitantly expensive for what they offer, don't be fooled by the word "burger" in this case they are served on a wooden board and without bread, without any kind of explanation from the employee who served us (perhaps inexperience) and without being explicit in the letter either. I just make this comment to warn future people who want to go there.
In the restaurant I didn't spend much time because apparently the desire to improve quality and service is not great, at the end of the meal we were just presented with the bill in a rude way without even an apology and without trying to understand what it was effectively bad enough to try to improve in the near future.
Place to definitely not return, no chance for a second chance.

I went there in April to celebrate my birthday, everything was perfect, food, service, atmosphere with ambient music, guys, the food was great, the meat board, but the strawberry mousse dessert enchanted me... Thank you for making this day special for me. me.... Super mega recommend.

I was there on April 1, 2024, I was served by Romulo, he is very attentive, knows the menu well and managed to answer all my questions.I had the crackling as a starter, a mixed grilled main course and for dessert I don't remember but there's a photo in the post, everything was excellent, in the right place, one of the restaurants I will definitely return to when I'm in Viseu!

The review was deleted, and that's why I'm writing it again, since it seems like they don't like that we were right, The worst place to go to eat with the family, you go with a promotion which later at the time of paying they refuse to give it to you, Then they accuse you of leaving without paying, the manager or whoever is rude, in order to be right we had to find our way and contact the Portuguese police, they finally found us right, as was logical, and so I see, it doesn't sit well with you that some Spanish tourists were right and that's why they delete reviews or show disrespect, welcome to a restaurant in which the manager is more of a criminal than a manager ?????? ??
