Their workers are there oblieaged, rude, the one serving was extra rude because I asked for cucumber and he gave me corn, when I told him it was wrong he got mad at me telling me I was wrong. Never again, service comes first after food quality.

Never experienced such a bad thing in my life.On the google map the restaurant put address 0 floor in the shopping mall but it’s located on the 4th floor and I had to spend 30 minutes to find out the restaurant.Then I went at 11:30am and asked for order something and the guy refused to take order and said it will open at 12:00 but in the maps they put open time at 10:00 am.And idk what to say about stuff of this restaurant I just added a picture and look at his face and check others reviews below

First we were served with tremendous arrogance by people who didn't even speak Portuguese, I asked for 2 kebabs without spicy and I received 2 kebabs full of spicy, completely cold fries, I asked to return the kebabs which was denied, I asked for the complaints book which was also denied .in short, I left with my family without eating where I paid €17 for food that went straight to the trash. It was the first and only time I went there. I really advise them to close this establishment as it is one of the worst they have in Viseu.
