Every time I go to Viseu I always have lunch at Brasil Sabores Viseu. The service is always spectacular with the smell and taste of Brazil. The rodízio really makes the emotional memory awaken, and the farofinha and beans then... Service is 1000.

Unfortunately I had two negative experiences and will not be returning for the third. The first was at the carvery, where I asked for well-done picanha and they brought a picanha that I think had spent the whole day drying on the barbecue, several dry remains of meat, inedible. This last week, I ordered a coxinha and a chicken pasty, when I bit into the pastry there was a bitter taste, when I smelled it it was strange. I didn't eat it because I thought “ah, it must just be the pastry”, and then I tried the coxinha and had to spit it into my napkin, I couldn't swallow it and when I smelled it I showed it to everyone at the table and it was unanimous, the chicken was simply ruined. I wanted to vomit. The attendant smelled it and said it was “the smell of chicken that was strong”. I cook every day, definitely any functional adult knows what a bad chicken is.

Without any attention or professionalism in service, we had to get up to go and see the "wine list" which is literally the fridge. Caipirinha with too much sugar and a straw that was drowning inside. The space was clearly neglected. Some cuts like flank steak and breast were of good quality, however, everything was reheated in the microwave, impossible not to notice because we constantly heard the beeping in the room and because the blood meat literally had no blood. To finish, we ordered coffee and not even the table was raised.

I was there today for lunch, complete with picanha, but the quality of the meat was terrible! Hard, flavorless, saltless, completely charred, reused meat, very poor quality. I don't recommend it to anyone! The waiter was very friendly and helpful. The attendant too.

Spectacular rodizio, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, if you want to eat a Brazilian barbecue and a coxinha, this is the place, it's located inside the mainland parking lot, I recommend it, congratulations to the team

I was treated very poorly. Bad attitude from the employee, she was in trouble answering. She didn't even ask what we wanted to drink, she just arrived at our table and stood there looking, waiting for us to guess what she wanted.(you know when you're tired and lean against a tree? It looked like that at our table). Terrible, terrible, terrible! Never to repeat!It's also difficult for me to get up early to work and that's not why I treat my clients this way!Stay at home or close down, if you are going to treat us with such bad will!

I don't recommend it....I felt like an idiot, I went to get takeaway, and asked for the menu, but it was flawed, and I asked the attendant what kind of meat comes in the mixed barbecue, her answer was: all...Unfortunately, I believed it, I just questioned whether it came with a chicken heart because I didn't want it,Arriving home to disappointmentSmall portion for the price, horrible quality, overcooked meat, it looked like barbecue leftovers and besides beef, sausage and chicken and that's it...That would be all the meats she told me....It only has a cute salon, but the service and quality leave something to be desired...?
