I'm celiac and I wanted an ice cream from the €0.50 promotion and I asked for it to be served in a glass because I can't eat the cookie. The employee refused, claiming that the promotion says that the ice cream has to be in a cone and they refused. Although I explained the reason and how the employee didn't know whether or not he could accommodate my order, he called the manager who was super unpleasant and refused to make the ice cream.
We arrived here on a Sunday around 9pm, it looked like they were tidying up the kitchen to leave, we asked if they were still serving, the guy at the front with a very closed face and a very aggressive body expression told us yes, I asked just a shake, he served us and responded in a very grumpy way despite the restaurant only closing at 11pm.

I placed an order for home delivery, it was 8:50 pm or so. It was confirmed in the app. But since then it hasn't left the "grill"It's 10:05 pm, I don't have any information, nothing has arrived, we go there and no one answers, terrible service.If you read this, don't bother coming, I'll order from somewhere else.
