It was just a pity for the discomfort and embarrassment to hear an employee/manager make comments to her colleagues about a less good phase in my life, leaving me and my company uncomfortable, whoever the person is or has been through whatever it is, no You have the right to judge or make any kind of derogatory comments as if you knew the person or their life well!
