I asked for a menu and 10 minutes later they said they didn't have chicken, they gave several options and when I asked what those options had they didn't know for sure and there was no illustrative image describing what the menus had, just advertising going on, Coca -Cola was out of gas and I asked for some potatoes that in the image showed that they had ham and some potatoes appeared with a powder that had to be added with a horrible flavor. An experience not to be repeated.

A lot of lack of professionalism, the employees at MCDONALD'S at Palácio do Gelo, don't seem to know what to do, orders that don't appear on the screen, orders that are left lying cold on the counter, until the customer notices the order taking a long time and went to the counter to ask why. Until an employee responds that the order is on the counter to take it away, the employee is asked about the status of the score and they didn't even call, the employee's response was that I called and had heard. Whoever hires and manages this chain/franchise should investigate these types of employees and teach them. I don't recommend MCDONALD'S at Palácio do Gelo at all.
