We kwamen er onderweg naar een ander restaurant langs. Onze nieuwsgierigheid won het en daarin werden we beloond met een heerlijke maaltijd, fijne wijn en een goed gesprek met de gepassioneerde zoon van de eigenaar. Heerlijke gegrilde octopus en malse filet au jus (rundvlees). De zaak lijkt binnen wel een wijnwinkel en heeft buiten een knus terras. Deze familie mag trots zijn op hun zaak!
Be prepared to be served a very generous portion. The food itself is an authentic representation of the Portuguese cuisine, of the Beiras region in particular. We were a party of 7 and with no exception we greatly enjoyed our chosen dishes. We had dinner on the restaurant's terrace, where it gets its name from, which creates an amazing atmosphere. Coupled with great foot, it makes for an incredible dining experience.
Really glad to have found this place. Called up for a table of 8 last minute and they squeezed us in.Looks more expensive than it actually is. Amazing food at a really reasonable price.
