I ordered a sandwich, two waters and a boatload of beans. The sandwich was made and delivered in 3 minutes! The rest would follow soon, I thought... 10 minutes later and after several insistences the waters arrived, the little boat would be left for later. After another 5 minutes the situation became so ridiculous that given the difficulty in delivering something that WAS READY, I gave up, demanded to pay at the counter and left, frustrated and disappointed. If the room was full and my request required preparation, I would be the first to understand. The room was less than half full.
There simply isn't any head, it was all the daughter-in-law distributing one little thing at a time to each person. They clearly don't know what they are doing. A disappointment. A shame, it promised so much, but delivered so little.
