I went to this establishment yesterday and was very unhappy, and I am considering not going back.The space is good, as is the food, but the same thing cannot be said about the friendliness of the staff/manager (a lady in a gray sweater).I ordered a carvery and 6 pizzas were supposed to come (that didn't happen, there were some missing), something that shouldn't happen but could happen.The worst part was when I informed the employee about this problem, and she replied that all the pizzas had come divided (which is false, as only the last one came divided and no pizza with mushrooms was served at my table, for example), further speaking quite unsympathetically. Given this situation, I decided to call another employee (this one was nicer) who informed me that there had probably been an error and brought us the missing pizzas, and later on (after eating all the pizzas on the rodizio) I also ordered a ham pizza from employee in gray who looked bad again.Taking all this into account, I do not recommend this place as there is antipathy on the part of the employees/manager.
