It used to be called Rio Sul and the quality was much higher. We ate a medium cheese and ham pizza of poor quality, which cost 20 euros. And two special francesinhas for 14 euros each, of poor quality. The sauce was bad, the francesinha was not heated enough (it was less than warm and the cheese was unmelted) and there was little salt from a can (I didn't even try to analyze the anatomy of the thing in more depth). Two more mugs of beer, an ice tea, a water and two coffees, the bill came to more than 60 euros.

Terrible place to go!! A colleague and I were looking for a restaurant to have lunch, and we made the worst decision to go to this place, bad service, tasteless food, no seasoning, we couldn't even eat it because it was so bad, the two half portions we ordered came back practically full. We ordered a half portion of feijoada and another half of barbecue chicken. The beans were floating in water and without any seasoning, the supposed farofa was raw flour, the rice was soggy, the food looked bad. My colleague and I were no longer able to eat and we were talking in the place and a lady arrived, who I don't know if she is the owner or responsible for the place and asked us if we had finished, and if she could remove the dishes, even though we weren't even there. 10 minutes with the dish on the table, in addition, the soup that supposedly accompanied the dish and neither the coffee nor the coffee arrived, we got up to pay, and left with a feeling of anger, because the money was thrown away. I felt like I was being "kicked out". If I were responsible for an establishment, where someone returned a practically full plate to me, I would try to understand the customer's reason for doing so, but they seemed to ignore the facts. In short, it's a rant about poor service. Zero stars for service and food. I don't recommend it and I will pass on my experience to anyone who can and I warn you not to go to this place.

Worst place I visited in Viseu, expensive food for what was served. We ordered half a portion and what was served was what it looked like. When it came time to pay, we were surprised, as they charged for the entire portion, we questioned the waiter, and he tried to explain it to us, so far so good, the waiter didn't know how to display the dish correctly. Until an individual at a table started making fun of us, I questioned why he was getting involved in the conversation and said he was the "owner". We were treated with such a lack of politeness and respect that I was left in a state of shock (never anywhere in the Europa had been treated like that, screaming...he must treat his family that way) he just had to neigh, he looked more like a horse. If you are a tourist, I advise you not to go through this experience. UNFORTUNATE.HERE'S A TIP... DISAPPOINTING.
