Old portugese Quinta in good condition. Owners are very friendly and help where they can. The restaurant is very good and invites to stay long. We stayed there for one night as a couple with a one year old baby.

Everything excellent! Wonderful food, very attentive staff, spectacular atmosphere. Jean welcomed us very well, and there is also a trampoline for the children to have fun. Really special and super nice place.

Although we didn't stay here, the tour was terrific and very informative. The cooking class was excellent and yummy. Lunch was delicious with the best cheesecake I've ever eaten.

Food & drinks: We just came here to eat and the food was outstanding. They have a beautiful kitchen garden and all the fruit, vegetables and herbs are grown here. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone

Enjoyed unique experience of a “cooking lesson” with the Chef which consisted of the chef first leading us through her gardens and fruit trees while explaining her philosophy behind the food we would learn how to prepare; this was followed by a “hands on”demonstration of some specialities (tapas) which was followed by a fabulous lunch (using her signature thistle cream) with delightful house wines. A very personable and skilled introduction to some Portuguese dishes and local cheeses and herbs! Just great adventure all around! (This was day visit so hotel rooms are not applicable). Overall, both the chef and the setting were charming!

Mocht je in Viseu verblijf zoeken. Niet twijfelen direct doen. Maria en Caroline bedankt. Succes met het opknappen van de tuin en het zwembad!.

The restaurant, despite being inside the city, is in the countryside, very quiet and beautiful. The food was very good, especially the cod with cornbread.
