Worst experience we ever had. We came to a tasting in Vouzela and had an appointment at 7pm, we made a delicate and respectful request to see if they could serve something at 6:30pm. To which they replied that they only served dinner at 7:30 pm but that we could have a snack or some steaks. That was fine with us, we ordered two steaks. And we received the most impolite response we have ever had in a restaurant. The lady behind the counter with extreme arrogance replied that the cooks had to finish eating. (It was this same lady who said we could eat steaks at that time). We intended to wait because we are not in the habit of interrupting employees' breaks, but as the lady was so unfriendly we went to Vouzela to a spectacular cafe that closed at 7pm but served us some beautiful steaks to eat in the garden right in front.
Completely excluded this establishment from my list.
