I loved the concept of tapas and sharing. The terrace is super pleasant and the service is excellent.

Very good food, but the biff, which costs 16 euros, is very expensive for its size, considering that it is served without any companion.

Disastrous experience at Salpico restaurant. We made a reservation and arrived at 12:30, as agreed, with the table prepared for a family member's 85th birthday. The problem was that we had to wait two hours to be served. The food was banal to mediocre, and we were only informed that three of the dishes were not available when they were already serving the rest (almost two hours after ordering). The maid was professional and did what she could alone in the room. The most serious thing was the manager's attitude, who spent most of his time in the kitchen and then sat at a table with three guests, as if it were nothing. He didn't have the dignity to come to the tables to apologize or give an explanation.

In the end, I expressed my displeasure and asked the waitress to speak to the manager, who remained at the table without coming to us. I went to him and he didn't even get up, so I told him directly what I thought. In addition to being incompetent, he was arrogant, not taking on problems.

I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Slow service, banal food and terrible management. Avoid Salpico if you want to avoid frustration.

I expected more to be honest, the concept is good but nothing extraordinary. I wasn't impressed.I didn't like the mustard steak which was extremely rare even though I asked for it as well done as possible and unfortunately the mustard sauce was from a packet, the kind you buy at the supermarket.
