Going to the Cabanões pools, everything went very well until we were attended to twice by the same person shouting at customers
One giving 15 minutes for a watermelon slush that no one had the dignity to say took 45 minutes to be ready so that we at least had the opportunity to exchange it for something else
When later the manager still responds badly saying "it's my fault" when we just asked to exchange it for something else
We came a week later thinking it might just be a bad day for the manager when our surprise in the box was a boy who didn't even know how to do things.
Our change is 4.90 and he gives us 5 € and he gives us 20 cents back, which if it weren't for another employee he would just leave it like that
Then, as if it wasn't enough, a purchase that seems easy turns into an aggressive purchase, in my opinion, when the manager gives us the ice cream without looking at the paper or looking at it badly, even though it wasn't even busy at the time, she managed to exchange one of the ice creams and when I realized, I got up. me with witnesses because there was a situation in the past in which she was aggressive in her tone of voice and said to her:
"Look, I'm sorry, but you were wrong" where she answers me:
"And the girl doesn't know how to pay attention to your request"
I answered
Firstly, you can't raise your voice to a customer when I'm being polite and then I say this to you... and your job is not mine, you must serve customers well and apologize when you make a mistake because it can happen.
Now being violent in the way you speak when it was your fault does not bring your establishment a very good reputation! "
Then she looked for all the receipts in the trash can to see if she could find the receipt because not even the receipts that should be kept by the customers because it is by law they leave us
Why did I even tell her that and she didn't even have to apologize so much?
But then I was already sitting on the terrace and she came into the middle of all the customers shouting at me and saying that 1.90 was not the price of the ice cream, making me get up to go and show your prices fixed on the ice cream card because your employees, in addition to being of questionable politeness with customers knowing that they are right, they still face customers without confirming the barbaric things they are going to say and show once again how good they are, not even the prices if the customers don't show it, you know, it was a horrible experience
But I hope it doesn't happen again because next time I'll write it in the book ?

The biggest problem with this restaurant is the lack of friendliness and lack of professionalism of a certain employee.
I think that anyone who works in customer service should at least respond politely, and not be confused and do everything unwillingly.
I think I should learn to be more friendly and have a little ethics. Everything can be learned, but as there is already a reluctance to even work to earn your own salary, it will be difficult to become someone decent.
