I think it is unacceptable for a person to go to this establishment to make an order that in others is simply perfect and in this one leaves a lot to be desired. To begin with, the employees are apathetic and seem to be doing themselves a favor by serving customers. Secondly, when placing the order when we chose what we wanted, we were never informed that the oven, which in my opinion is the most important piece of equipment in this establishment, was out of order. It was only halfway through ordering that we realized this situation when we saw the employee putting the sandwich ingredients in a microwave to make them “hot”. The bread is cold because it is not toasted in the oven, it is served with heated ingredients from a microwave and the customer has to eat and keep quiet as they are not even warned. I think it's even worse that this situation has lasted for more than a year, because all you have to do is go through the reviews a little and you can see that this is a recurring situation where no one wants to know. The customer is the one who is harmed. This complaint was not made directly in the book because I know it won't do any good, at least here everyone can see and know what awaits them in this establishment. An experience not to be repeated

Last Friday, I went to Palácio do Gelo and decided to go to Subway. I was delighted with the look of the store in general, as it was recently remodeled.
I took advantage and ordered the new savings menu, I found it appealing, although the menu is a bit basic. The service was professional, as you would expect.
