Perfect place to eat during lunch time. Simple but with quality products and very well cooked. The freshly toasted bread is very good and adds a little extra to the final taste. The whole family loved it and the prices were very reasonable.
I ordered through Glovo, among other things, a ham sandwich with mountain cheese. However, what came was a ham and ham sandwich. It wasn't my order, I called the restaurant to inform them and for them to resolve the issue. The employee who answered said that, in fact, they had made a mistake but he did nothing to resolve it. They just apologized and didn't even try to make the customer happy. Here is the dissatisfaction review.
Product quality does not reflect the quality of the service. Leitão itself was very good, but at a table of 3 people where not even 50% of the house was full, they managed to forget their order at two different times, passing several tables ahead that arrived later on both occasions. Quite frankly, there was a lack of commitment on the part of the employees, who were slow and had poor customer service. The hygiene of the tables themselves also left a lot to be desired, unfortunately.
