With a stunning view over the thermal baths, this “lost in the middle of nowhere” restaurant is truly representative of typical Portuguese food, which is so difficult to find these days! Everything was wonderful!?

We came here after the thermal spa only 10 mins away and omg the food was so amazing! ? we had the Portuguese black pudding for starter so crispy and flavorful and not too salty just perfect, and then we had the chef recommendation of mushroom ? rice with rooster ? and it was so delicious. The sauce was delicate enough for the taste of the mushrooms to come through, meanwhile soaking up the juices of the chicken. And they have some picnic tables with amazing view which can be wheelchair friendly! With a great view! :) I think this was one of the best meals I’ve had in Portugal in my 4 years living here. Thank you ?

Wheelchair accessibility: There are picnic tables right by beside the parking lot if you want to eat outside. If you want to eat inside are 2 steps to get in. My FIL is in a wheelchair and we will sit at the picnic tables next time

Rustic, calm environment. The staff are very polite. Our choice was grandmother's style cod and it was perfect.

Comfort food, extremely tasty. I highly recommend a trip to this restaurant!

Excellent quality restaurant, despite not being in the center of Vouzela, I highly recommend it due to the quality of the dishes and the friendliness of the staff. From the starters to the sweets.
