Madame Fortin - Bière & Bouffe

Had dinner here after a round at Royal Bromont and it was a great choice. The food was excellent from start to finish, and the staff were warm and attentive. The place feels cozy and welcoming, not fancy or experimental, but truly delicious and satisfying.

As a Korean visitor, I felt very comfortable and well received, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a spot worth recommending if you’re nearby.

Best Boudin Noir l have ever tasted.
A convivial atmosphere, excellent service, just right music, an excellent selection of local beers and wines and locally produced foods.
Friendly bilingual service.

Great vegan options! The vegetable risotto and portobello burger are excellent, and you can add extra veggies to any dish. The fries are amazing — made with Russell red potatoes — definitely try the truffle version with their aioli dip! The dessert menu offers a great variety. The maple crème brûlée is absolutely divine, and there are some great wines to pair with your meal. Service was impeccable — they explained that the owners work directly with local producers, so ingredient freshness is guaranteed! A wonderful discovery if you’re in the area! A must in Waterloo!

What a place to eat well. I really like Madame Fortin, the food is always good, my favorites: beef tartares, mushroom tarts and the legs of the day. Beautiful selection of wine and truly attentive service, an address not to be missed! In addition to being Kids friendly, we often come with our 4 year old son and we feel that he is also considered a customer, I love it!

Came here for dinner with 2 other families during a Bromont ski trip, we have 10 people but the restaurant took good care of us. Even got us a birthday cake for one of us whose birthday is coming up! Food was excellent, the atmosphere's great, and we really enjoyed the night. Thank you and we'll definitely come back again!
