I order several specials on the menu, they leave me 2 specials and the 3rd I am charged the regular price, I make a complaint and I am told that this does not apply on public holidays. I tell them that the other dishes were left for me but not the same answer I tell them that nowhere on their menu. I am told that they will redo a menu for me. The squealing arrogant girl..I told someone I would file a complaint, response well does that...No one wears a really dirty restaurant net...

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!Very arrogant, insulting, unprofessional telephone operator who should be fired!!! She didn't want to take our order over the phone and when we ordered directly from the restaurant, she made mistakes. She is a very bad employee who will damage your reputation. (Saturday December 9 around 6:30 p.m., order for group of 7 people)

Prices never make sense with the flyers sent in the mail or what is posted on the website. In addition, they promote a 10% discount at the counter. We have never had it even though we mention it to them every time. We never have an invoice to understand even if we ask for it, just a small cash receipt.
