Very disappointed with this Tim :(. We stopped by to have a little dinner Monday evening around 5:30 p.m. My girlfriend ordered me a pizza that I liked and couldn't wait to try, she took a kind of Chicken burger and two muffins. She paid and the clerk didn't give her a coupon. Our friend behind us ordered a Tim's club. She paid and received her coupon. view of the counter and we waited several customers came in behind us and... we received their order... Thinking that the pizza was taking a long time to prepare we were waiting but when a guy who arrived almost 20 minutes after us received his pizzas. I went to see the clerk to ask him if we had forgotten…. He asked me what we had ordered, I told him and they said to me, are you sure you placed your order, I told him, are you sure? made us pay for it… We never received our two orders I'm not ready to go back to this Tim I'll go to McDonald's instead….

We stopped by today and although the service was very good, we saw several times an employee at the drive-thru charging customers and taking the donuts without changing gloves. I understand that the restaurant was very busy but that should not impact the cleanliness.
