Never again this branch, waited for longtime to be able to have someone to talk to us and give us an answer if there is a place to sit or there is a waiting list. Food was the usual, i went there because they make my favorite style of breakfast. Atmosphere horrible, we were put in a section where a birthday of a kid with alot of kids screaming and many parents that they dont give a damn for other people coming in the morning to have a nice breakfast and a nice coffee before starting the day. No respect, no class at all and they kept back and forth hitting my back without excusing. Anyway never again this branch.

I went to brunch with my 1.5 year old daughter this afternoon and despite the chaos that reigned inside, due to a waitress who was hurtful, I had excellent service from Aurelie. She had the quickness to bring us some toast for my daughter because she was getting impatient. Big thumbs up to her who knew how to keep smiling despite the situation.

The worst Ben and Florentine I have ever been to! He doesn't deserve his star. First, the service was terrible. My mother and I had asked for a bench, they were almost all free, but the waitress refused our request. Subsequently, when we were seated, she didn't ask us if we wanted something to drink, nothing, she just left and then about fifteen minutes later, we were able to order... We had the impression of be too much. She took away my menu before I ordered, even though the menu was only in English... I couldn't even ask my questions about the meal I had chosen since she had already left. We didn't know about the day's promotions, I heard it with the customers behind me who arrived at the end of my meal. At mealtime, my mother couldn't have any cream for her oatmeal (she told her to take the cream or milk from the bowl and it would do the same), nor any more brown sugar (which was elsewhere in mottons). The toast and the rest of the meal were cold and inedible... the quantity, let's not even talk about it! The waitress came twice: once because I signaled to her (she had disappeared for a good half hour) my mother hadn't had anything to drink for a long time, then the second to pay. I don't know what she was doing all this time or why the cook was walking around the restaurant... Finally, when the waitress disappeared during the meal, my mother tried to ask a another waitress for a hotplate, she completely ignored her. I would like to point out that there was almost no one in the restaurant (7 tables used).Anyway, this is basically our dinner. I have never been so poorly served in my life in a restaurant. This is the last time I come back to this restaurant.
