Ordered through the app and they suddenly close the pick up window and ask me to go through the drive through. I ordered through the app to gain time and instead I am wasting my time going again in line!.

The window service is terrible they really only care about car pickup guy preparing food took a while to take my order then 20 min after arriving and then only serving car pick up cancelled my order

Friendly drive-thru service at Starbucks ange-gardien
I wanted to share my recent experience at the Starbucks drive-thru. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by a smiling and attentive team, who took the time to understand my order. The process was smooth and quick, and my drink was prepared perfectly.
In summary, this Starbucks offers a friendly and efficient drive-thru service. An excellent company between two (Magog/Montreal) that I recommend!
