Worse Subway I ever experienced.
Rude service. Very stingy on portions. Would not even give a plastic glace for tap water. We’ll never stop there again on our way up to the cottage. Owners should pick their staff better. Already

Visited on February 13. We stopped on the way to Montreal for a takeout grilled chicken sandwich. The bread was old, hard and inedible. We were too far away to return. We will never come back here.

It’s a fast food chain. How bad can it be? Ordered a couple of wraps to be picked up. Went up to the Cueillette Express counter but was *rudely* told by an elderly lady to step back while she rung up 3 other customers who had ordered in-store. The wraps were terrible tasting, too. Will never set foot at this place or another Subway ever again!!!

Lunch time on weekdays, terrible service. The lady massacred my sandwich and tossed the vegetables without draining the pickles, olives and hot peppers with a staggering amount of sauce = a big inedible mess.

Bad service, cashier didn't make eye contact and didn't smile. When I wanted to order my sandwich with my daughter, the other employee (an elderly woman with piercings) haughtily told me that I couldn't be on a call with my boss in front of the sandwiches. I wasn't satisfied, so I left.

I really didn't enjoy coming to the Guardian Angel Subway, the manager told her colleague that a customer seemed like an easy girl... when I confronted her she acted as if she didn't didn't know what I was talking about, then she refused to serve me. Unacceptable service and very inappropriate comments I would like to see change. Bullying customers should not be tolerated and will not be ignored.

The Subway app did not want to apply the 2 x 12 inch promo for the price of one valid at the moment until November 4 or 5. The employee tried everything, nothing could be done. More than 30 minutes for nothing!
She called her manager who told her there was nothing she could do since it was the Subway Canada app. She spoke to me on the phone. She was stupid, haughty and irrevocable. I did almost 30 km round trip for nothing!
I've had $75 in gift cards left in my Subway account for almost two years. Every time, no promo ever works!! Fake advertising! They can't or never want to do anything in store.
In short, instead of buying 4 x 12 inches at full price when you have a 2 for 1 promotion, I preferred to go to La Belle Province right next door.

The employee making the subs is super nice and polite (Melanie) on the other hand her manager on site comes to reprimand her for putting too much olive and to take some off (I had asked her for more) and is told "remove he says, "it's not the customer who decides here" directly in front of me and goes to hide behind after my comment telling him that it's great customer service to hear that.
1 employee Sunday September 15 38 minute wait for 1 12 inch that I have never had. too long he had 3 customers. UPDATE: the poor employee who was alone this evening started crying and couldn't serve the customers at all, it's not her fault, no one could work under this pressure. She was around 17 years old. The boss should hire more people or close the restaurant if he doesn't have enough employees. In solidarity with the young girl we left the place without ordering
