A restaurant run by teenagers! I make my order with Zoe and then she goes to talk with her boyfriend on a couch in the dining room⊠I had to ask if my meal was going to be ready for something to happen. All the employees were âchillingâ behind in the kitchen.

How can you imagine having customers at 6:30 p.m. on a Tuesday, no more donuts, no more
What is happening???
It's not the 1st Tuesday, we come almost every Tuesday and it's getting worseđĄ

Two employees at the drive-thru talking instead of helping the only cashier when there are a few people already in line. Very lackadaisical and slow service. Large Frosted Lemonade tastes mostly like ice cream and not really lemonade.

Phew! Pathetic.
I ask the cashier if the sandwiches are cooked near an environment that may have been in contact with nuts (my granddaughter's allergy).
He sighs saying he doesn't know how overwhelmed he is between the drive-thru and the front checkout.
The cook was 1 meter behind him and was preparing a sandwich...
In any case the restaurant looked clean but empty.

I arrive at the drive-thru at 6:45 p.m. to order a worker wrap. The cashier tells me that they only make donuts, timbits and muffins... I say ok I'm going to go to the McDonald's next door, so I just take a box of donuts...
Arriving at the window, I see the opening hours, it closes at 8 p.m.... when she takes my money, I ask what time they stop making sandwiches... she tells me that since they close at 8 p.m., they stop the sandwiches at 7 p.m.... I look at my dial and point out to her that it's 6:45 p.m.... and she gives me one of her discouraged faces... well you didn't have any tips, my dear and I'm never going back to that tim again.

The girl got my order wrong. I asked for a large vanilla iced cappuchino with oat milk with topping and when I get to the cash register she gave me a small regular iced cappuchino with regular milk without topping and when I told her I I took some toppings and the girl (super stupid) persisted with me that no, I hadn't asked before. Clearly I got the order from someone else.

Waiting 15 minutes to receive an average French vanilla coffee when all you have to do is press a button I find that it really doesn't look good.
I also had a Nutella croissant that I received while paying.
The worst thing is that we were all ignored, we didn't care about the fact that there were a lot of people waiting, everyone acted as if we weren't there, that's frustrating.

On July 13, 7:20 p.m., Saturday, we stopped at the drive-thru. As a passenger, I did not see the menu displayed. We took time to decide on the menu we would have. No car was waiting behind us. The waitress at the microphone seemed in a hurry to get rid of us. She called out to us twice at too short intervals of time. Then, we hear on the microphone the waitress making jokes with another girl about our "lateness" and, a fit of laughter and big bursts of laughter ensued. We were disgusted and went to a Tim Hortons further away.
