I went in to order a simple shawarma poutine. They donât serve fries with that. Just some sort of pre-cooked potatoes. The guy scooped some of that in a dish and went to the back area with that. After about 5 minutes he came back with the same dish. Couldnât see any change to the product. No idea what he did to it. Then he fired up the grill that had the meat of my choice. So the meat has been there all day beeing not refrigerated ore cooked. Iâm a professional driver and donât want to get sick. When I saw that I decided just to walk out and get something else.
